| The Garrett Residence |
The Garrett residence project started with an extensive demo removing the patio, concrete, irrigation/drainage systems from the back yard. Once complete, the property was graded and prepared for the new landscape and other amenities.
We started with conceptual landscape designs for new landscape, hardscape, pool and spa and beautiful outdoor kitchen complete with fireplace, BBQ and outdoor bath/shower. The Garrets approved the concept drawings and we developed working drawings and received approval from the building department for the job. |

Working closely with the Garretts, we did extensive nursery tours to select plant materials, performed lighting tests at night and several trips to select the proper outdoor audio visual technology. All of this research was incorporated into the final design specifications and their dream yard was beginning to coming to life.
The completed project involved the following features being implemented: New landscape in front/back yards (with hardscape, irrigation and drainage), custom pool and spa, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fireplace, water features (fountains), outdoor bathroom with shower and a full featured audio visual system complete with 52” LCD TVs, surround sound and wireless internet access. |

| The Motter Residence |
The Motter project began with a complete demo of the front and back yards including the driveway and all hardscape. The kids had a great time playing the old pool before we were able to remove it! Once we had a clean slate to work with, we developed conceptual drawings to plan our development. Upon approval, working designs were completed and submitted to the city for building permits.

Mr. and Mrs. Motter requested many custom features and unique effects to be incorporated into their project. We worked closely to select colored and stamped concrete and we incorporated custom designed mosaics, water features, boulders and bridges to complement the custom pergola covering the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The result was a stunningly beautiful yard that spoke to their unique tastes and created an environment that they love to share with friends and family. |

The completed project involved landscaping the entire property (front/back and side yards) with a stunning array of amenities: New landscape with satellite irrigation control system and drip irrigation, LED lighting, synthetic turf, pool and spa with hand-selected granite boulders for jumping, custom bridge and waterfall, pergola, outdoor kitchen with custom BBQ, heating, fireplace and mantle and full featured A/V system complete with internet access.
The Motters are very happy with the project and we continue to maintain the property today.

| Front Yard Xeroscaped with Drought Tolerant Native Landscape |
The Prohaska residence was a complete design and build project that began with a complete demo of all existing landscape, hardscape and retaining walls. We developed conceptual drawings followed by working drawings for submission to the Home Owners Association (HOA) of Newport Coast for approval. After working through the CCR’s and completing the architectural review, we were ready to begin working. |

The Prohaskas wanted a drought tolerant landscape and irrigation system that would complement the architecture of the home while reducing water usage and energy consumption. We selected a variety of native plants, succulents, native rocks and pots and proceed to use eco-friendly drip irrigation controlled by a high-end Rainbird controller. They loved their old BBQ island so we were able to refurbish it and work it into the final design.
The final project involved new drought tolerant landscape with native plant material, drip irrigation, natural rocks, walls, walkways, pergola with custom wrought iron, renovated BBQ island, low voltage LED lighting and high-end irrigation control system. |
